The Spartak Moscow forward is expected to return to light training after a muscle injury which made him miss days of training sessions
Ghana international Abdul Majeed Waris is set to make an injury return next week after picking up a knock in Spartak Moscow’s friendly games.
Waris suffered a muscle strain in Spartak Moscow’s 3-2 friendly win over Norwegian side Stromsgodset, a game which he scored the opener.
Waris who won the goal king award in the Swedish Allsvagen last season with BK Hacken was forced out of the game which was just 19 minutes old.
