South African top flight side, Maritzburg United have prevented Frank Sarfo Gyamfi from joining Ghana’s Under 20 team in Italy for preparations ahead of the 2013 Africa Youth championship next month.
Maritzburg need the services of the former Wa All Stars player to help them amass significant points in the upcoming league matches.
