The public relations officer of Ebusua Dwarfs Paul Adjetey has said his side is ready for the start of the second round of the Ghana Premier League and will go all out to beat Aduana Stars on Sunday to push for a top four finish.
“We have added some new faces into our team and we are very ready for the resumption of the league,” Adjetey told GBC URA Radio Sports in Bolgatanga.
“Our first game is against Aduana Stars, and we want to start the second round of the league on a good note and we will work very hard to pick the three points against the 2010 champions.
“Our target for now is to finish in the top four even though we will be trying to go for the ultimate because if you look at the league log the point differences is not that much and in football anything can happen, but the realistic target for us is a top four finish come the end of the season,” he said.
Ebusua Dwarfs ended the first round of the Ghana Premier league on the 7th position with 23 points.
Ebusua Dwarfs will play host to Aduana Stars when the second round of the Ghana Premier League kick starts this weekend at the Robert Mensah Stadium, Cape Coast.
The match is expected to be a thrilling encounter looking at the standings of the two teams on the league log where only four points separate both sides.
