Black Satellites to familiarise on Fetteh Feyernoord Astro turf
The U20 team will engage the senior side of the Gomoah Fetteh Feyernoord Football Academy and also Wa All Stars to be used to the Astro turf ahead of the AYC
The Black Satellites of Ghana will move to Gomoah Fetteh Feyernoord to hold some training sections there in other to be more conversant with the Astro turf before next month’s Africa Youth Championship.Goal.com Ghana understands that the tournament which will be played in Algeria will be solely on Astro turf and the management together with the technical team have decided that the team hold some training sections and play some games on the Feyernoord Astro turf to be conversant with it.
The national Under-20 team will engage the senior side of the Gomoah Fetteh Feyernoord Football Academy and also Premier League side Wa All Stars on the Astro turf.
From there, they will round up their preparations with a training tour in Spain before moving to Algeria for the tournament which kick starts on March 16.
Ghana are drawn in Group B with the likes of Gabon, Mali and Nigeria.
