Ghana midfielder, Mubarak Wakaso is now a joint top scorer at the 2013 Afcon after netting a brace in the first quarter final match against Cape Verde.
The 22-year-old has joined Burkina Faso’s Alain Traore at the summit of the top scorers chart with three goals.
The Espanyol midfielder scored his first goal from the spot when Ghana took on Mali in Group B.
Wakaso is really enjoying his Afcon debut after an impressive goal scoring statistics.
He has scored three goals in three matches.
The Black Stars will take on either Togo or Burkina Faso in the semi final on Wednesday.
