Kingston arrived in the country over the weekend and he is expected to rejoin the Phobians this week as they continue their preparations for the second round of the Ghana Glo Premier League.
Al Ittihad Benghazi of Libya are also said to be on his heels for a possible signing on as they seek to beef up their squad.
The former Black Stars winger is one of the most traveled players in Ghana having played in Libya, Israel, Russia, Scotland, Russia and the Netherlands.
