The 22-year-old has come back from a two-month lay-off to take active part in the second round of the European calender
Ghanaian defender, Daniel Opare has made a return to the Standard Liege team after over a two-month long lay-off as a result of an injury.
The 22-year-old was on the bench of the Belgian giants when they beat KV Kortrijk 2-1 on Friday in the Jupiler Pro league game.
The former Ghana under 20 player fractured the bone in his right foot and that even led to his exclusion from Ghana’s squad for the 2013 Afcon.
His return gives Standard Liege coach, Stade Maurice Dufrasne options in the defensive set up.
