Twenty-seven local Black Stars players named for Brazil trip

The technical team of Ghana's local Black Stars have named a squad to begin preparations at the end of the month ahead of a four-nation tourney in Brazil


Twenty-seven home-based players have been selected into the local Black Stars team for an impending international assignment in Brazil.

All the players called by head coach, Dauda Lutterodt ply their trade with Premier League sides.

The players are expected to report at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi on December 31 for preparation to begin for the four-nation tournament in Brazil.

The players selected are those who impressed the handlers during the series of camping activities at the Ghanaman soccer school of excellence in Prampram.

Below is the list of the twenty-seven players invited:
