The Phobians have shown Prince Atakora-Gyimah, Douglas Nkrumah, Abdul Ganiyu, Isaac Ofori, Isaac Wahab, and Boakye Boateng the exit door

Accra giants Hearts of Oak have severed ties with six first team players and they are to seek for new clubs for the second round of this season’s Ghana Premier League.

Goal.com Ghana can reveal that letters were given to Prince Atakora-Gyimah, Douglas Nkrumah, Abdul Ganiyu, Isaac Ofori, Isaac Wahab, and Boakye Boateng on Tuesday to disclose management’s decision.

The letter said they are to leave when the league breaks.

In their place, the technical team has identified James Bissue, Ashgold's David Telfer, Medeama's Otuo Acheampong and Liberty Professionals striker Kennedy Ashia as possible replacements.

Most of the players on the unwanted list were bought by former CEO Fred Crentsil, who has been blamed for the lackluster performance of the Phobians.
