Quartey is now regarded as the Accra giants’ fourth choice last line of defense and has not been happy with the status quo.
The goalkeeper, who signed for the Phobians in 2002 has now issued a come and get me plea to the Ghana Premier League clubs and he is hoping something fruitful will come out from it before the transfer window closes.
Goal.com Ghana can reveal that the former Accra Hearts of Oak number one shot-stopper might join Tema Youth for the second round of the domestic top flight though talks are yet to begin.
Quartey has even found it difficult getting a place on the bench of the Rainbow club with the likes of Philemon McCarthy and Sammy Adjei as the second and third choice goalkeepers respectively.
