Mohammed Polo: Hearts of Oak should have appointed me as coach

The Dribbling Magician said he would have been the right man for the Phobian job and feels sidelined by the club
Accra Hearts of Oak legend Mohammed Ahmed Polo is not happy with the appointment of coach David Duncan to steer the affairs of the Phobians.

The “Dribbling Magician” said he is the right man for the job.

“It is very unfortunate that David Duncan was appointed as the coach of the club, it is not good at all,” Polo told Kumasi-based Angel FM.

“I don’t know the wrong I have done to the club. I think they should have appointed me as I am the best man for the job.”

He added: “It is very disheartening that I have always not been considered. Some of us have the club at heart as we played here.”

Majority of the Phobian fans have not been happy with Polo’s statement since he was the same person showering praises on the former AshantiGold coach that he is the right man for the job after the Kotoko-Hearts game a few weeks ago.
