Kotoko’s Alhaji Abu Lamine constructs mosque for Tema Sports Stadium

The simple place of worship is to help Muslims pray even when they are at the stadium for games
Kumasi Asante Kotoko management member Alhaji Abu Lamine has constructed a mini mosque near the Tema Sports Stadium.

Goal.com Ghana understands that the mosque was constructed in order to help players, officials and fans who are Muslims to get a place of worship when they are in the stadium.

A convenient place for Muslims to pray when they are in the stadium has been a major worrying factor over the years and the construction of the Mosque is expected to address the situation.

The simple, but nicely built mosque near the stadium which is the first of its kind in Ghana is named “Alhaji Lamine” Mosque.
