thumbnail Hello,

The Ghanaian guardsman capped an outstanding night with a goal to secure all three points for the Blood and Gold.

Ghana international Harrison Afful netted the wining goal as Esperance came from behind to beat Zarzis 2-1 in the Tunisian league.

Playing at the packed El Menzah stadium in Tunis, the home side went down in the 4th minute as Niger's Ghanaian-born defender Koffi Dan Kowa jumped high above his marker to net the first goal.

The Blood and Gold had to wait until the 60th minute before central defender Walid Hichri equalised after finishing a fantastic move involving the Ghanaian guardsman.

Afful, who missed the Caf Champions League final defeat to Al Ahly, then capped an outstanding night with a goal in the 76th minute from the edge of the box to secure all three points for the former African champions.
