The first ever Ghana National Women's league which is set to commence on December 16 will officially be launched at the forecourt of the Ghana Football Association on December 4.

According to Mrs Leanier Addy, a member of the Ghana Football Association’s executive committee, the launching would help the league to gain grounds and will also draw the attention of the general public.

“The most agonising thing is we have not got sponsorship yet so I am entreating companies and other bodies to come to our aid,” she said.
