Poll of the Day: Would you have sacked Roberto Di Matteo if you were Roman Abramovich?

The 42-year-old Italian manager has parted ways with the Champions League winners after a 3-0 defeat to Juventus in Turin. We are asking if the club has been fair to him
This is becoming quite a familiar tale for Chelsea fans, isn't it? A coach is fired and a new one is named, then after a string of defeats or poor run, he is handed the exit note.

With the news on Wednesday that the Blues have fired their coach Roberto Di Matteo following their 3-0 defeat to Juventus on Tuesday evening, the Italian joins the list of coaches who have fallen out with club owner Roman Abramovich.

The 42-year-old guided the Stamford Bridge side to win their first ever Uefa Champions League in 2012. The news came as a surprise, but not as a shock to people who have followed the club’s history in recent times.

Goal.com Ghana is asking Chelsea fans in the west African country whether they would have done the same thing if they were in the shoes of the owner Abramovich. Let us know by voting in the poll below, leaving a comment and getting in touch via Facebook and Twitter.
