Ghana midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is in contention for the Fifa Puskas Award after his goal for Ghana against Guinea was penciled down in the 10-man shortlist.
The 21-year-old’s goal at the 2012 Africa cup of nations must receive the highest votes before he can win the award in January 2013.
The Udinese man is competing with players like Lionel Messi, Neymar and Radamel Falcao.
The Puskas award is given to a player, male or female adjudged to have scored the ‘most beautiful goal’ of the season.
