thumbnail Hello,

The midfielder has patted the Black Stars coach on the back and expressed his believe that Ghana will go far under his watch at the 2013 Afcon

Ghana international Cofie Bekoe who plays for Belgian Jupiler league giants Lierse has urged Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah to continue to base his midfield selection on current form.

“Coach Kwesi Appiah can continue to make the midfield selection easier for himself by always calling guys who play regular and are in form and not those who already have names, but are out of form as the country have so many midfielders,” he told Ghana.

“Tournaments last for just three weeks so Ghana need guys that are ready at that particular time and can deliver for the nation.”

Bekoe, who is having a good season with Lierse, where he is the talisman in their midfield also heaped praise on Appiah for qualifying the team to the 2013 African Cup of Nations and he is optimistic that the team would get much better as time goes in.
