Ghana captain John Mensah together with former Manchester United full-back Mikael Silvestre as well as Belgian right winger Anthony Vanden Borre will have to look elsewhere to build their club future.
West Ham coach Sam Allardyce has served notice the English Premier League side has no interest in signing them, despite the trio training with the Irons.
“They have been training with us, but no decision has been taken if we would sign them or not,” Allardyce told the club’s official website.
The three players are all free agents after being released by their various clubs namely Racing Genk, Olympique Lyonnais and Werder Bremen in 2010 and they must now look for a new place to relaunch their career.
Meanwhile, Mensah has also attracted Blackburn Rovers and Hull City in the English Championship but no official approach has been made.
