“The Ghanaian youngsters in Italy are really raising the flag of the nation high,” Arthur told Accra-based Joy FM. “They have been very excellent and now when you talk of youth football in Italy everyone is pointing to Ghana.”
According to Arthur, the Ghanaians are live wires in their clubs, especially in the Primavera Division which they are usually based, and it is good for the west African country as it seeks to recruit quality players for the Black Stars in the near future.
Arthur, who is the agent of majority of these players including Richmond Boakye Yiadom, Godfred Adofo, Afriyie Acquah, Kofi Agyei, Bright Addai and a host of others, said eight of his clients changed clubs with some of them who were in the Primavera side moving to Serie B sides on loan meaning they have improved.
