I want to leave Dnipro – Derek Boateng

The former Getafe midfielder is bent on leaving the Ukrainian-based club at all cost due to racial abuse
Ghana midfielder Derek Boateng has disclosed he is unhappy in Ukraine and wants to leave Dnipro as soon as possible.

The 29-year-old allegedly suffered racial abuse during last Saturday’s Ukrainian Premier League match in which he was red-carded.

He told Accra-based Citi FM he has had enough at Dnepryani and the time has come for him to advise himself.

“I really want to leave the club,” Boateng stated. “I can tell you I am not happy there. I just want to go to another club and I know by God’s grace I will leave.”

The former AIK player has been linked with some clubs including West Brom, West Ham and Fulham.

He was part of the Ghana side that played China in a 1-1 draw game on Wednesday in X’ian.
