The agent of the striker has revealed the Serie A champions are close to signing a deal with the Ghanaian playerItalian Serie A champions Juventus have reached an agreement with representatives of Ghanaian striker, Richmond Boakye Yiadom for a transfer, Goal.com can confirm.
The Genoa player was on loan at Serie B side, Sassuolo, last season and scored 12 goals in all competitions.
The Old Lady are prepared to pay $5 million for his services.
His agent, Oliver Arthur, told Goal.com Ghana that even though a deal is yet to be signed, part of the agreement has been reached with the Bianconeri.
“It’s true we have spoken to Juventus and even though it looks promising, I want to be careful because the contract itself is yet to be signed,” he said.
If the deal is finally firmed up, the 19-year-old will join fellow Ghanaian, Kwadwo Asamoah, at Turin. He started his career with Ghanaian second-tier side, Bechem United.
