The Italy defender believes the win over Siena has given the team confidence as they look to stretch their lead at the top of the Serie A table to nine points
Defender Leonardo Bonucci has explained that Juventus will be doing all they can to win when they face Serie A title rivals Napoli on Friday. The Italy international believes the 3-0 win over Siena on Sunday has given Antonio Conte's side confidence ahead of the Scudetto showdown, with Vecchia Signora knowing a win would put them nine points clear of their nearest rivals at the top of the table.
"Getting the victory against a good Siena side was crucial,” he wrote on his official website.
"Now we have a six-point advantage over Napoli and it must give us confidence for the trip to the San Paolo.
"We are going to Napoli in order to win and play our most important game of the season. That is our objective, to be Juventus."
Despite being six points clear of their next opponents, Conte's team have been in indifferent form, winning just four of their eight league matches since the winter break.
