Cevallos granted international clearance for Juventus move
The Ecuador international's loan move to the Old Lady has now been officially authorised, with the player desperate to make an impact in Turin
Jose Francisco Cevallos has been granted international clearance to play for Juventus.
The 18-year-old starlet was snapped up by the Serie A champions in the January transfer window on a 12-month loan deal and after a lengthy wait to be given the green light to begin his Bianconeri career, the midfielder is now available for selection.
The highly-rated youngster moves to the Turin giants from Ecuadorian side Quito, after making 40 appearances and scoring nine goals for the club.
After the deal was confirmed in late January, Cevallos outlined his intention to fight for a place in Antonio Conte's team.
“I have already signed the contract. As soon as the tournament ends, I will go straight to Turin. I’ll fight to earn my place and I am certain with God’s grace it will go well," he told Ecuador TV.
“I am very happy and very proud that after weeks and months of negotiations, the transfer has gone through."
