Ghanaian youngster, Alfred Joseph Duncan bossed the midfield as his side; Livorno beat Pro Vercelli by 2-0.
Manager David Nicola deployed the highly talented 19-year-old in his favourite defensive midfield role and he put up a fantastic display as he shielded the back four and also served as link for the attack.
Duncan who is on loan from Inter Milan till the end of the season, received applause from his manager and the fans at the Armando Pichi Stadium.
Livorno had to wait till the 71st minute before Brazilian striker Paulo Paulinho Sergio broke the deadlock and Luca Siligardi added the second in the 83rd minute.
