The agent of the teenager feels he has outgrown the Allsvenskan and needs a bigger league to showcase what he is capable of doing
The agent of Djurgardens young Ghanaian midfielder Daniel Amartey has stated that his client has outgrown the Swedish Allsvenskan and is ready for a move to a bigger club.
The 18-year-old former Inter Allies player has been the fulcrum of Djurgardens putting up fantastic performances since joining them in January.
“It feels like he’s ready to go to a bigger league. It has gone fast for him and he has had a fantastic development,” Dark told Aftonbladet.
“He has been Djurgårdens best player in almost all games. He has dominated since the first date,” Dark pointed out. “He has had a few injuries and suspensions and that have been disturbing. But for that he would have already left Djurgårdens.”
He added: “When players like Daniel hit the wall, when they notice that they are good enough for the next level, then they want to go. He wants to be on the road and feels ready. Many clubs are following him.”
Amartey was invited to the Black Satellites prior to the Turkey World Cup but could not honor it because of injury.
