Leading his batch of young, attacking talent is Adam Morgan, an 18-year-old with just two senior appearances to his name - both coming in the Europa League. The Liverpool-born striker has been prolific at youth level for the Reds in the past, but appeared to struggle as a starter in the recent victory over Hearts at Anfield.
Picking Morgan would be a huge risk given the step up which is required from youth level but the England Under-19 international was recently singled out for praise by Rodgers and is clearly liked by the 39-year-old.
