Look away Celtic fans: The heaviest Champions League defeats
1. Glentoran 0-8 Marseille (1992-93)
Les Phoceens took a commanding first-leg lead as Rudi Voller struck in the third minute, before Victor Vasquez's double and further goals from Franck Sauzee and Jean-Mard Ferreri gave them a five-goal cushion.
The Glens were also easily dispatched 3-0 at the Stade Velodrome thanks to goals from Francois Omam-Biyik, Pele and Basile Boli.
