The prolific Atletico Madrid forward, and reported Chelsea target, ended his week on a sour note after suffering an injury during his side's win over Levante.

The Colombian striker was subbed off after an hour with a hamstring strain which manager Diego Simeone later suggested could keep him out for up to 20 days.

That might make a move in the January transfer window a risky prospect for Chelsea and, with Demba Ba enjoying a fine run since joining the club earlier this month, a summer swoop now looks more likely.
