The Manchester United left-back has been a fixture in the starting XI for France for the past few years.

Undoubtedly, he has great pace and is excellent going forward, a true modern left back.

He is a senior member of the team and has great influence on the younger players. Evra is an experienced player with the Red Devils and Sir Alex Ferguson did not hesitate to elect him captain a few times this past season.

The former Monaco player was also in the FIFA Team of the Year for 2009.
