Pablo Zabaleta was handed the perfect send-off in Manchester City’s final home game of the season with a resounding 3-1 victory over West Brom.

Yaya Toure, who may also depart at the end of the campaign, even got on the scoresheet as City all but clinched Champions League qualification going into the final game of the season this weekend.
