Nigeria’s Yusuf Otubanjo scored as Zilina lost 4-2 to DAC Dunajska Streda in Sunday’s Slovakia’s Super Liga encounter in MOL Aréna Stadium.

Erik Pacinda opened the scoring for the hosts on the stroke of the quarter half-hour mark after goalkeeper Dominik Holec failed to deal with his well-taken shot.

Zsolt Kalmar doubled the lead in the 48th minutes and Croatian Marin Ljubicic soon increased the margin.

Adrián Guľa’s men attempted to rally back with Otubanjo’s 67th minutes' strike and Samuel Mraz effort twelve minutes before the time but Marko Divkovic sealed the victory for the Dunajska Streda outfit in the 90th minutes.

The reigning Slovakia champions will hope to improve on this result when they clash with Spartak Trnava in their next game on Friday.
