Yannick Bolasie is looking forward to developing a good understanding with Everton new striker, Cenk Tosun.

The Turkey international joined the Toffees earlier in the month from Besiktas for €30.4 million after his impressive haul of 14 goals across all competitions in the ongoing campaign before his departure from the Istanbul outfit.

And the Congo international who recently returned from a long injury lay-off is poised to help the forward continue with his fine form in front of goal.

“I am looking forward to developing an understanding with Cenk,” Bolasie told club website.

“I always try to do that with any player on the pitch – and mainly the forwards, because I am an attacker.

“I have been watching clips of Cenk to see how he gets his goals and I will be trying to link up with him when we are on the pitch together.

“He has not played yet but from what I have seen in training he looks like a great finisher and he gets into positions that strikers need to be.”

Tosun will be hoping to make his debut when Everton travel to the Wembley Stadium to take on Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
