Goal predicts Yanga's starting line up in the match against Rayon Sports

Yanga will play host to Rwanda’s Rayon Sports on Wednesday in their second game of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage.

The game is very important for the Jangwani giants after losing  4-0 against U.S.M Alger in their opening game.

It remains to be seen how Yanga Coach will select the players in his starting line-up with reports suggesting that some of the players have boycotted the team's preparation ahead of this game.

However, Goal understands that some of the players returned to training in the past few days and they will be in contention to play against the Rwandans.

Goal predicts Yanga's starting line up in the match against Rayon Sports in the CAF Confederation.

Youthe Rostand

No doubt that Cameroonian will continue in the goal. He played against U.S.M Alger where he conceded four goals but with no pressure especially with Ramadhan Kabwili  involved with the Tanzania U20 National team and Beno Kakolanya injured, Rostand will take the starting spot.

Hassan Kessy

With Juma Abdul injured , he is almost certain to start in the game. It will be his second start in this competition after also making the starting line-up in the game against U.S.M Alger.

Gadiel Michael

He played against U.S.M Alger and he is expected to play again against Rayon Sports. He is the only experienced left footed defender remaining in the squad after Haji Mwinyi reportedly boycotting the team.

Vincente Andrew

He will return in the team after being rested in the past two league games. Yanga need the him to be fully fit in order to keep them safe throughout the game.

His presence in the backline will ensure Yanga safety especially in long balls.

Kelvin Yondani

The skipper was reported to be among players to boycott the team and he did not travel to Algeria for the first match.

However, Goal understands that he returned to training and he will be all but set to start with his defence partner Andrew.

Thaban Kamusoko

The veteran midfielder was sidelined in the first game due to injury but his appearances in the past two league games will make him available for this clash.

Rafael Daud

Was involved in the opening game against U.S.M Alger but not in the past two league games. However, he will be part of the squad which will welcome Rayon Sports after resuming training in the past few days.

Pius Buswita

Like Rafael Daud, Buswita was also given a little rest in the past league games but he will return in the starting line-up when the Jangwani lads face Rayon Sports in this important game.

Yusuph Mhilu

A young star who has caught the eyes of many since his breakthrough in the first team. Surely, he will regain his starting spot after having a rest in the past two league games.

Obrey Chirwa

He did not travel with the team in the first game against U.S.M Alger, but report suggest that he has resumed the training and he will add firepower up front.

There isn't any other fit senior forward in the squad so the Zambian is guranteed to start.

Emmanuel Martin

In the absence of Ibrahim Ajib who has reportedly not joined the squad in the training, Martin will have a spot in the starting line-up after he spent time as a makeshift left full back in the past two league games.
