Victor Moses could not describe his feelings as Chelsea defeated West Bromwich Albion 1-0 to emerge as champions of the English Premier League.

Michy Batshuayi’s 82nd minute strike handed Antonio Conte’s men victory at the Hawthorns on Friday night.

It wrapped up the trophy with two games to spare despite a tenacious challenge from Tottenham Hotspurs, the sixth time in the club's history they have triumphed in the English top-flight.
