West Brom to feature in American television documentary

The Baggies are the latest club to star in a TV series, which has been commissioned by US broadcasting giants NBC

West Brom are to feature in a four-part television documentary series, which will be broadcast in the United States.

The Baggies will be filmed in training and during Premier League games at the Hawthorns to give American soccer fans a taste of the action.

The series is being commissioned by NBC and being produced by Goalhanger Films, who have previously filmed Crystal Palace and Watford.

Producer Tony Pastor is excited about the project, which will be narrated by England legend Gary Lineker.

"We are really looking forward to this venture with West Bromwich Albion," he said.

"It's an exciting time to be at the club and we can already tell after one day of filming that we have a special series in the making."

The show will be aired from March 5 for four weeks in the US.
