Lechantre has revealed his plan is to utilize the next two league games as preparation for the forthcoming CAF Confederation Cup

Few days after commencing his duties with Simba Frenchman Pierre Lechantre has revealed his plan is to utilize the next two league games as part of the team’s preparation for the forthcoming  CAF Confederation Cup fixtures .

Speaking to Goal Lechantre said that with only a few days remaining before the kick off of the CAF tournament there is a need to step up hard training and ensure the team utilize the league games well in preparation for their CAF Confederation Cup opener against Djibouti’s Gendarmerie Tnale.

“We don’t have time to waste as Simba have been eliminated from the FA Cup tournament so we need to put all our focus on the league which is the only local competition we have currently and use the  games to strengthen our team ahead of CAF assignments which kick off at home on February 21” disclosed Lechantre.

The Frenchman who is known for his no non-sense approach in training will want all the players to work hard so as to ensure their team achieve their goal at the end of the season.
