Bayelsa Queens' Tessy Biahwo says her side didn't do well enough to earn their first win after a 1-1 draw against Delta Queens at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
Her29th minute leveler leveller the Restoration girls from defeat as her effort canceled Amerat Adebisi's opener for the Kwale based side on Tuesday.
And the former Falconets star is confident her side can still reach the Nigeria Women Premier League Super Four final with a win over holders Rivers Angels on Thursday.
"I'm happy to have scored for my team in the game but I expected us to have won the game to help improve our chances of qualifying," Biahwo told Goal.
"It was a good game for us and we did better than in our first game against Nasarawa Amazons but honestly, Delta Queens really gave us a good fight in the match.
"It was not a bad result for us because we didn't lose. Instead, we ought to have done better to win the match. For me, we didn't do enough to beat them if we had taken our chances in the game.
"Our focus is on how to prepare well and defeat Rivers Angels and we are hoping Nasarawa beat Delta Queens too. It will be tough playing Rivers but I still believe we can qualify for the final."
