The Dutch playmaker netted a remarkable long-range goal in the Philadelphia Union's 3-0 win over New England

Roland Alberg hasn't managed to crack the Philadelphia Union starting lineup since early May, but that'll change if he keeps scoring goals like the one he netted Sunday.

Takeaways from USA's win over Ghana

The 26-year-old Dutch playmaker capped the scoring in the Union's 3-0 win over the New England Revolution with a long-range stunner just seconds after entering the game.

Alberg, who replaced Ilsinho in the 78th minute, took aim from 30 yards out at Talen Energy Stadium and saw his one-time effort swerve into the top corner.

It was the third goal of the season from Alberg, who has made 11 appearances (four starts) for the 6-7-4 side.
