Manchester City's mascot takes on a different kind of 'football' during his visit to the United States

Moonchester may not know a thing about football, but he's willing to give any game a try.

Nissan has joined Manchester City during the International Champions Cup to find out just how easily the mascot can pick up the All-American sport.

During City's tour of the United States, Moonchester tried on the pads, took a few snaps and attempted to catch some passes.

But after taking a few hits along the way, he found comfort in kicking the old soccer ball around with some of his new friends.

He may not be good at football, but he sure loves soccer!
