It seems that Malaysia's tourism agency Tourism Malaysia has added more bite to their promotional campaign.
After it was announced that Barcelona FC and Uruguay star Luis Suarez has been roped to promote the country's promotional drive last week, on Thursday the player confirmed his participation.
On his Twitter account, Suarez uploaded a short video confirming his collaboration with the tourism agency.
"I'm so proud to work with Tourism Malaysia, I'm excited to see the nice country. It's a pleasure for me to work together. Malaysia, truly Asia," remarked the Uruguayan star in the video.

According to The Star, the partnership between Suarez and Tourism Malaysia will take place for one whole year.
This is not the first time that the agency has roped in the service of Spanish football in promoting Malaysia as a tourist destination. In 2014, Sevilla FC played their Europa League final match against Benfica with kits bearing the 'Visit Malaysia 2014' advertisement.
