The Kenyan Premier League champions were eliminated from Caf Champions League and suffered two league defeats in a row. However, the brewers have managed to collect four points in their last two matches, latest one being a 2-2 draw against Sofapaka.
It is a match the former AFC Leopards man feels his side could have won. "I must admit we lost concentration at some point, and that came back to haunt us. But again, the goal I scored was not offside, it could have stood and maybe it could have made the difference," Wanga told Goal on Thursday.
Wanga insists that the team will start posting positive results and will fight to retain the league title. "Yes we are getting back to our best and I believe soon we will hit the top gear because our main aim is to retain the title...but we have to work harder."
