Thomas Muller has provided a masterclass in finishing to Bayern Munich team-mate Mats Hummels.
As a World Cup-winning forward, Muller would be expected to edge any battle with his defensive colleague when it comes to finding the back of the net.
That proved to be the case during a two-touch challenge which pitted centre-forward against centre-half.
Muller took the honours in style at Bayern’s training ground, with two stunning volleys helping him to secure the bragging rights.
Muller’s margin of victory would have been ever greater were it not for the efforts of Sven Ulreich.
The 28-year-old may struggle for game time with the Bundesliga champions, as Manuel Neuer is the undisputed first choice goalkeeper in Bavaria, but he is clearly ready for action if required.
He could, however, only watch and admire as two crackers from Muller flew past him, with the 27-year-old having enjoyed a return to goal-scoring form for club and country over recent weeks.
