VIDEO: Mourinho jokes with reporters about his new haircut

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was in jovial mood ahead of his side's League Cup semi-final clash with Hull City.

The Portuguese arrived at his pre-match press conference on Wednesday sporting a new haircut, prompting one reporter to cheekily comment on the manager's fresh look.

However, Mourinho took the reporter's joke in good spirits and countered with his own playful barb targeting the 'follically challenged' among the press corps.

"The haircut is a privilege," said the Red Devils' boss. "Because I am the kind of guy that can do it and in one month I have a new head (of hair)!

"Some of you... you can't do it! [laughs]"

United are heading into their game against Hull riding the crest of a wave that sees them unbeaten in 17 games, so it's no wonder Mourinho is so upbeat.
