Boro were relegated after their 3-0 defeat to Chelsea on Monday night and the Blues manager took the time to speak with the players individually

Antonio Conte is a remarkably classy guy!

The Chelsea manager saw his side move to within three points of the Premier League title on Monday night, as the Blues thumped Middlesbrough 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The match was equally significant for Boro, as it confirmed their relegation to the Championship.

And after celebrating his side's win with his players and the club's fans, Conte made sure to commiserate members of Boro's squad, as well as their travelling support.



"I felt in my heart to go and clap the fans and also wish every single Middlesbrough player good luck for next season," Conte explained.

Chelsea face West Brom on Friday knowing that a win will see them crowned champions.
