Victor Wanyama extended his holiday stay in Kenya with love, following a trip to hospital where he spent time with six-year-old, Morrison Mburu, a cancer patient.
Wanyama, who turns out for English Premier League side Tottenham, also joined thousands of sporting fraternity in mourning Bradley Lowery, a six year-old, who succumbed to cancer in the United Kingdom last week.
A courageous Morrison, who looked extremely jovial in the photo taken with Wanyama, is diagnosed with kidney cancer. “I have chosen to hang out with Morrison because he needs every minute of encouragement in his last stretch to beating cancer,” Wanyama was quoted as saying.
On July 7, Wanyama took to his official Twitter page to send message of condolence following the demise of Bradley. “Your bravery was an inspiration to many, from me and my family our thoughts are with your family and friends. R.I.P Bradley."
Morrison is set to undergo his last chemotherapy session on Tuesday.
