Claudio Ranieri was sacked by Leicester City on Thursday, in a move that was both shocking and not very surprising at the same time
Less than a year after winning the Premier League, the Foxes are mired in a relegation fight and the club have decided that the title-winning boss had to go — one day after Leicester fell 2-1 at Sevilla in the Champions League round-of-16 first leg.
As it usually does, Twitter provided plenty of opinions in the aftermath of the decision.

Ranieri could have gotten back to back relegations and taken a shite on the Chairman's desk, and still wouldn't deserve the sack for me. — Paddy Power (@paddypower) February 23, 2017
It's worth remembering that Leicester spent almost £80m on transfers last summer.
