Ulinzi Stars will host KCB in a build-up match set for Saturday

Ulinzi Stars have lined up a friendly match against Natinal Super League side KCB on Saturday February 25 at Afraha Stadium as from 11:00am.

The Soldiers are sharpening up with eyes glued on their first round clash of Caf Confederation Cup against Egyptian titans Smouha in March.

OIC Captain Godwin Baraza has confirmed that they need a number of friendly matches to increase their fitness levels in the absence of Kenyan Premier League, whose kick-off date is yet to be known.

“The team has been training hard and stepping up the efforts. The friendly will be very vital for us as we look to get the team ready. Next week we will also have another one because we want the boys to be as match fit as possible,” Baraza told the club’s website.
