Tusker set friendly date with Ushuru

Tusker will play their first friendly match on Thursday after exiting Caf Champions League

Kenyan Premier League champions Tusker FC will play against National Super League side Ushuru FC in a friendly match set for Thursday at Public Service grounds as from 8:00am.

Tusker will be using the match to sharpen up for league action after crashing out in the 2017 Caf Champions League tournament.

Ushuru, on the other hand, will be doing final touches to their preparations for KPL-return campaign having been relegated in 2016.

The match will be played two days to the National Super League kick-off date where nine matches have been lined up for the opening days.  

This information has been confirmed to Goal by Tusker media liaison officer Diana Yonah. “We (Tusker) are playing a friendly match tomorrow (Thursday) against Ushuru FC at Public Service grounds.”
