Turkish fans find a clever solution to stadium ban

Supporters of second tier side Elazigspor were prevented from watching their team from the stands, but that did not stop them taking in the action

Fans of Turkish side Elazigspor have been creative in an effort to get around a stadium ban enforced on the club.

The second tier outfit were stung by federation sanctions which prevented them from allowing supporters into their ground.

That has, however, not stopped a loyal group of followers from taking in the action.

Rather than make their way to the stands, a construction site next to the venue proved to be an ideal viewing platform – as can be seen in the images below courtesy of Tribun Dergi.

Those determined not to miss a minute of the action were rewarded for their efforts by witnessing a 4-2 victory over Adana Demirspor.

While victorious on this occasion, there has not been much for Elazigspor supporters to shout about this season as their side currently sit in the bottom half of the table.
