Kenya coach Stanley Okumbi may soon give chance to Thika United midfielder

Harambee Stars head coach Stanley Okumbi has expressed interest in using Thika United midfielder Said Tsuma for national duties.

The club has explained that Okumbi positively talked about the Kisumu Day alumnus after their league match against Tusker played on Sunday showing intentions of including him in the national team.

“In the past two weekends I have watched some good talents that I would like to work with them. I have watched Tsuma Said of Thika United and he is playing very well and he deserves a chance,” he is quoted as saying on the club’s official web-portal.

Harambee Stars are at Machakos County stadium in readiness for their friendly match against DR Congo set for Sunday.

They recorded a 1-1 draw against Uganda on Thursday with former Gor Mahia striker Michael Olunga being on target.
